This villa purchased on top of a hill is a beacon of beauty and majesty with the most amazing ocean view.  A truly one-of-a-kind palatial home with an architectural design that blends seamlessly into a perfect harmony with the ocean and the surrounding natural environment with magnificence and splendor. Our villa has 12,500 square feet under ceilings and air conditioning, as well as an additional 5,000 square feet of balconies and patios with a charming décor that makes residents feel as if there is no barrier between themselves and the wide-open expanses of the Pacific Coast and the natural tropical surroundings.

Featuring the unique, cutting edge architectural design of Angelo Del Vequio, the villa was created specifically to accommodate extended families, large groups, or entourages. Interior design by Petra Busch creates a sense of transcendent luxury encompassed in a contemporary tropical design with authentic handcrafted art and furnishings, as well as some antique accents, allow you to indulge in the lap of luxury and fine furnishings.

Angelo Del Vequio was commissioned to design the main house with two complete living quarters on either side of the top floor of the main house. Both of these boast a private sitting room, a full kitchen, spacious balconies with amazing ocean views, and two bedrooms with en suite baths in each. The second floor also features a guest suite with private bath, a small office alcove, and a common living area with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to allow for causal social time.

There is a SPA that was recently added to this villa for massages, facials, manicures, hair and make-up.

With two housekeepers daily the villa will be kept neat and clean throughout the day.

You can elect to have a private driver which would provide: airport shuttles, local transportation to supermarkets, beaches, etc.  

The villa is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Manuel Antonio National Park.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and French doors create a breezy flow between the spacious living and dining areas, and the deck, infinity pool and Pacific Ocean beyond; upon entering the home, one gets the sense of standing on the bow heading out to sea in total comfort. A huge, well equipped chef's kitchen with walk in pantry is located on the other side of the main floor, and behind the kitchen there are staff quarters with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a small kitchen.

Main Level

Downstairs from the ground floor, the first level of the main house, features a cigar lounge, game room, screening theater, and conference room. These entertainment areas open up onto a private garden area which enjoys ocean views. The lower floor also features a wet bar and full bath.

Master Room

An enormous two story loft-design suite graces the South side of the property and enjoys magnificent ocean views, as well as direct access to the patio and pool area. This tasteful, private guest house features cathedral ceilings, a private living area, a unique loft style bedroom with 1 king bed and a bathtub, one and a half baths, an indoor-outdoor shower, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a private patio with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The variety of birds, sloths, monkeys, lizards and saltwater crocs – the amount of nature you have here – there is no shortage of it. If I sit on my deck I can see pizote (a racoon with a large snout) a monkey, an iguana, toucans and macaws – which I think are the most beautiful birds in the world – a sloth and a flock of pelicans.
