Our Anguilla estate is nestled in a central, yet private, corner of the island. From its perch high on the cliffs overlooking Little Bay Beach, guests have golf cart access to three neighborhood beaches. However, all of the island’s world-class beaches and historical sites are within a 20 minute drive.
Explore the plethora of activities Anguilla has to offer including: kite surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding kayaking, sailing among others. Whether you spend a day experiencing St. Martin or St. Bart’s or spend some time with the Dolphin’s you will have much to enjoy!
This property is comprised of two villas one having six suites the other having four suites. The total estate has 10 suites which sleeps up to 20 people. We have dining facilities for up to 60 people. For sleeping arrangements for additional guests please contact us. Please note each villa can be rented separately. Should each villa be rented by a different group each group will have maximum privacy.
In addition to gourmet meals including all day snack, breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner, we offer guests a generous assortment of activities and amenities on site. Our team works with a selection of trusted partners on the island to provide a wide range of other activities. Our villa staff includes a general manager, private chef, butlers, spa therapists, security. Full basketball court - Play with staff.
We realize in order to unwind some adults may need some alone time. In order to provide some private time for the adults our Children’s Activity Coordinator helps to arrange a wide range of activities based on age and interests from 5 years old and up. From April 29 - November 16 this property can be rented as an 8 or 10 bedroom villa.
