This villa, one of the few newly built modern homes in the Arenal area offers some of the most spectacular views of the gorgeous Costa Rican tropical landscape. The property is on 2.5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens on the hills overlooking Lake Arenal and Monteverde National Park. The climate is ideal at 80ºF during the day and 65ºF in the evening, with a soft refreshing breeze all day long. The villa has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and sleeps eight comfortably.

The house was designed to enjoy lake and mountain views from each of the four bedrooms and the lounge. The full sized kitchen is finished with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and handcrafted hardwood cabinets.

The home is private and secure, comfortable and relaxing and just five minutes away from the Lake Arenal shore. This villa is conveniently located halfway between the two cities of La Fortuna (30 minutes) and Tilaran (40 minutes) and is close to the main road (2 minutes). 

Some of the many activities to enjoy include: Arenal Volcano trails, Monteverde day tour by boat, hanging bridges in the primary forest, thermal hot spring resorts, Rio Celeste, horseback riding, windsurfing, wakeboarding, fishing/boat tours and much more. The town of Nuevo Arenal is a 10 minute drive away and has all the basic necessities such as: supermarkets, a pharmacy, a clinic and banks.
