Surrounded by lush evergreen and perfectly mowed grass, sprinkled with a gentle dew every time you get up on a perfect morning grace, this marvelous 4 bedroom home is a great place for you to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The entrance hardwood door welcomes you to a high ceiling on the imposing foyer governed by a glass railing leading to the second floor, an avant-guard chandelier with its own character, the large living room offering warmth through its combined cushions and everything encircled by a pristine white. From there, you can also glimpse into the outside of the house, waiting for you with a long patio bestowed with comfortable furniture to enjoy the unique weather or invite the family on a special occasion to the alfresco dining.

On sunset have a drink on the bar next to the pool, or plunge into the jacuzzi for some relax. The summit outside is the pool, inviting all guests to cool off after a long day at the beach while viewing the evergreen golf course.

For a bite or dinner, the fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to meet and greet and recap all conversations and end them on the fine dining room.

Once the sun hides you have four bedrooms to choose from. On the ground floor, you will find a master suite with a king bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, and access to the pool area. Following the glass railing upstairs you have another master bedroom with a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with dual walk-in shower, walk-in closet and access to the balcony, the third bedroom with two full beds, TV, ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony, the fourth bedroom has also two full beds, ensuite bathroom and TV.

This house has a NON HEATED JACUZZI.
