This luxurious beachfront estate consists of an oceanfront private resort property in Rio San Juan. We have 14 luxury suites in two villas.

The sprawling 14 bedroom beachfront compound was designed to offer large groups and families an exclusive and pampered vacation.

The property is a fully staffed and serviced private 14-bedroom estate set on its own peninsula with 270 degree ocean views that include dramatic coves, beaches, and mountains in the distance.

Designed by the Dominican Republic’s own Sarah Garcia, the architecture incorporates the finest in tropical design, contemporary finishes, and touches of Dominican heritage.

Located on the DR’s central north coast, this estate is within the authentically slower and more laid back rural countryside. While situated among smaller towns and agricultural villages, the sprawling property is also minutes away from some of the country’s finest beaches, excellent surfing and kite surfing spots, and a Trent Jones clifftop golf course resembling Pebble Beach.

The facility itself will offer world-class pampering and lavish comfort with a private chef and 24-hour butler service, two resort-like swimming pools plus a kids pool, water slides, tennis court, gym and spa.

This estate consists of two separate and private villas; one 8 bedroom villa and one 6 bedroom villa. These villas can be rented separately or together with each villa providing its own privacy. The common area spaces include: the arrival pavilion, spa, tennis court, fitness center, yoga and event pavilions, fitness center, pool table and table tennis.

Many activities and amenities are included in the standard rate, allowing guests to enjoy as much relaxation, adventure, and cultural experience as desired. The estate is wheelchair accessible.
