This lovely French Riviera property has been thoroughly restored to conserve its traditional 1904 castle architecture but add modern technology and conveniences at the same time. The property is ideal for a secluded family vacation or to hold large events, accommodating up to 30 guests in 15 spacious bedrooms, and up to 250 guests at social events.

A long, stone driveway leads up to the beautiful yellow façade of the villa. Inside, follow arches to the main living room, with comfortable furniture and high ceilings. Beside this is a dining room with two tables. The traditional family kitchen is fully equipped and has an eat-in dining table. A large, professional kitchen is also available for social events. Throughout the villa are several other seating and entertaining spaces, including five large reception rooms for events and several cozy living rooms for day-to-day living. In the home cinema and games room play billiards or watch movies.

Spacious bedrooms are spread over three floors. Two peaceful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are found on the garden floor, and nine sunny bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the ground floor. On the first floor are three more charming double bedrooms, sharing two bathrooms. All of the newly updated bedrooms have air-conditioning, heating and new oak parquet floors. Several of the ground-floor bedrooms include balconies with stunning views of the Mediterranean. There is a lift servicing the Ground, Garden & First Floors.

An extensive terrace to the rear of the villa offers both sunny and shady outdoor living spaces, with lounge chairs, couch areas and outdoor dining space. The large, heated swimming pool is a great place to cool off and unwind, surrounded by lush green lawns and trees. A large, private stone courtyard is also available for meals and entertaining.

The villa is only five minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from the town of Cannes. Nice and St. Tropez are also less than an hour away.
