The ground level consists of a ambient designer lighting living room, featuring modern and state-of-the-art amenities and a spacious TV room with surround system. At the same floor, there is a luxurious breakfast and dining area, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in its 7 elegant bedrooms, all come with an en-suite bathroom. Two master bedrooms with a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a dressing table located at the lower and the top level respectively. This astonished property consist of five more delectable double bedrooms, three of which located at the first floor and have access to the upper swimming pool area.
The outdoor area is arranged on two levels and provides various lounging and sitting areas that allow sunbathing and private relaxation. On the ground level, the floor to ceiling doors open to a covered veranda with panoramic views. The comfortable stylish chairs and soft upholstered daybeds provide the perfect environment for enjoying morning coffees or long drinks at sunset!
Wide steps lead to an extensive sand blasted paved area with an overflow swimming pool and elegant sun loungers. Al fresco entertaining for the guests, can be enjoyed around a long marble table and a stone barbeque-bar next to it, further enhances the outdoor entertainment experience. Natural stone paved steps, lead up to the next outdoor level with an organically shaped shallow pool-Jacuzzi; and stylish woven and teak loungers.
