This villa is located on the Point in Tamarindo Preserve. The Point is the dividing point between the thick sand, lava rock and spectacular sunsets of Langosta Beach and the smooth white sand and harbor of Tamarindo beach. You are just a few minutes walk from either beach. Enjoy a 5 minute walk on the beach to the Langosta Beach Club where you will have full membership privileges during your stay. The club includes a complete fitness center, exercise classes including pilates and yoga, a large infinity edge pool overlooking the most family friendly beach in the area, the sunset bar and private cabanas. Your property manager offers full concierge services.
The home offers the best of everything and was professionally decorated. The solid teak ceilings and white stucco walls are in beautiful contrast to the travertine limestone floors. All of the doors, window surrounds and cabinetry are plantation grown teak. The appliances are Bosch and the kitchenware is supplied by Williams-Sonoma. We have flat screen TVs in both the great room and master bedroom. There is an audio system with speakers and individual volume controls in every room. Of course we have high speed wireless internet.
This is the only home in Tamarindo Preserve with a fully fenced in pool so it is especially child friendly. The covered outdoor dining area seats four and features a Vermont Casting gas grill.
There are an endless number of outdoor activities available in Tamarindo. This is an ideal home as your luxury base for exploring the area or the perfect home to just lay back and relax.
