Our beautiful home is located on the Point at Tamarindo Preserve. The Point divides the very different Tamarindo and Langosta Beaches. We are just a couple of minutes walk from our home to either beach. Sunsets from the Point are some of the most spectacular you will see anywhere.
Our home is crafted of the very finest materials with extensive use of plantation grown teak. The ceilings, doors, cabinetry, window surrounds, crown moldings are teak. The furniture was all hand crafted in Costa Rica. The appliances are all hi-end Bosch. We have virtually every piece of kitchenware that you could desire and it's all from Williams Sonoma. The house features exceptional attention to detail.
Four large, teak and glass pocket doors allow you to open up the home and enjoy the indoor-outdoor living that is available all year in Tamarindo. We have 3-zone central air but you may find yourself just enjoying the natural cross ventilation. Both bedroom suites feature garden showers that are a joy to use 12 months a year.
You will have full membership privileges at The Langosta Beach during your stay. It is the only facility of its type in the area. This private club allows you to enjoy the true serenity of Costa Rica.
Your rental includes a complimentary maid service per week. Maid service is available every day for a small additional cost. You will also have full concierge service available to help with the vast array of activities in the area.
