Villa 2 Story Description

Designed with many unique architectural elements found in Colonial cities of Central America, the villas in this community are directly influenced by the colonial architecture in Granada, Nicaragua including imported tiles, handcrafted woodwork and nice balconies.

This is a stand alone villa, not a condo. The villa stands two-stories high, has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath. It includes your own private parking spot just a few steps away. If you don't feel like driving, no problem as everything is within walking distance and really is a better way to enjoy Tamarindo and the friendly locals. The incredible beach is just 850 meters away, just over half mile of adventure in the heart of town.

Villa features include:
Main Floor
•Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, blender, upgraded granite countertops, raised eating bar and a separate eating area with a table and four chairs
•Comfortably appointed living room, with a large sectional, entertainment system, flat screen TV with built in DVD
•Washer dryer and sink in laundry room
•Two piece bathroom on main
•Coat closet (which you’re more likely to use for storage as no coats are needed here... ever)
•Lanai by the entrance
On the Upper Floor
•Master bedroom, with a queen bed, an en-suite with a tub / shower, and a balcony that overlooks the pool
•Second bedroom, with a queen bed, bunk beds, and a full en-suite
The air conditioning system has independent controls for each floor as well as for each bedroom. 

 This complex has a lovely pool with many chaise lounges. This is an excellent option for larger groups that would like to be all together while having some privacy at the same time. Lovely and affordable option in an ideal location. Perfect for wedding groups, family reunions, retreats, corporate incentive groups, etc.

The grounds are a tropical paradise with a lush garden and a two tiered pool. Easy access to all of Tamarindo by foot including Tamarindo Beach, supermarkets, shops and more.

We have also has a full concierge desk that is available for all of your needs. Our Guest Services Coordinator can help you with everything from transportation to activities such as tours, spa services, surf lessons and more.

Any activities outside of Tamarindo can include transportation to and from your villa.  Our guest book in each villa will provide you with our recommended taxi numbers and taxi’s are also readily available in town. Everything in Tamarindo is walking distance.

The villa will be clean and ready when you check in and cleaning once during the week is included at no extra price. Extra maid service is available for $10/hour.

This community is located in Tamarindo’s residential neighborhood. It is nice and quiet yet still easy walk to everything. The neighborhood gym is about a 1 minute walk from the villas.
