This house is a beautiful modern hide-away for groups of up to 10 people.  This brand-new vacation rental home is centrally located in Langosta just down the road from Tamarindo, and is created with ecology in mind.  Solar panels on the home’s roof provide all of the electricity, 10-foot sliding glass doors create cross-ventilation, and recycled water keeps the green areas rich and healthy through the dry season.  Enjoy a Tamarindo vacation with your family and friends, and enjoy knowing that the only footprints you leave will be on the sand.

The home is comprised of a sunny open common area that includes the kitchen, an immense single-slab dining table, and a living area with a flat-screen TV.  This space opens, through sliding-glass doors, to a sun patio with loungers, a private pool, and a small table for morning coffee or a poolside cocktail.  Three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a full en-suite bath, and the other 2 bedrooms share a gorgeous full bathroom with skylight. They are located on the first level of the home.  An exterior stairway from the pool patio leads down to a lower-level independent space where a multi-purpose room overlooking the community’s garden area includes a private bed/bath suite.  Although the common living space is designed for maximum air flow and minimum need for air conditioning, all of the home is air conditioned.

This house has three master bedrooms with a king size bed, a bathroom (toilet included) and a private deck each. Two of the master bedrooms face the swimming pool. The third master bedroom has a beautiful view over the communal garden with seating comfort and fire pit. The fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds and a bathroom (toilet included) also with a view over the communal garden.

The inside living area includes one big fully equipped kitchen, bar seating at the kitchen island, a long dining table for 10 people, a comfortable sofa, TV (Netflix included), a big wooden terrace with lounge chairs around the swimming pool and a little cute inner courtyard with a green wall.

If you love the simplicity of modern design and the incorporation of natural elements, this house is the place for you.  Wood, glass and polished cement provide a framework for the delightful greenery that is thoughtfully  placed  around the outside spaces.  This spacious  home is ideal for surf vacations, being located in Langosta where the break doesn’t let up, and is also the perfect place for family getaways.  The home is exceptionally safe inside of the Punta San Francisco gated community, and offers easy access to the beaches, shops and adventures of Tamarindo and Langosta.
