Our resort is a beautiful place composed of houses, shops, pedestrian streets, plazas, parks, and recreational facilities. All elements are arranged to produce a series of wonderful, walkable public spaces interwoven with the natural environment. The architecture is adapted for outdoor living. Motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent. The comings and goings of residents and visitors enrich the scene. Every street leads to an overlook of the picturesque landscape. One side of our resort is embraced by over 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, with spectacular hills and valleys that afford extensive hiking and biking. On the other side is the Pacific Ocean, where two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica offer swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling.

This villa is a nature-lover’s paradise. Located on Paseo del Mar, it’s just a few steps away from Playa Danta and overlooks the lush green Monkey Corridor.

There’s more than enough private space to travel with multiple friends of families. The master bedroom faces out towards the ocean with its own covered terrace. On the ground floor, there’s even a studio with a separate entrance and terrace that overlooks the monkey corridor. 

When ready to head out, the exciting experiences await in the town of Las Catalinas. Head over to Playa Danta for a sunset barbecue, dive with sharks and manta rays at the Catalina Islands, or book a guided paddle boarding tour around the bay.
