This beautiful 5,300 square foot villa is located in a private gated community and is within a 5 minute walk down a hill to the beach. The sunset view you will enjoy year-round is magnificent.
The villa has three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the guest house. There is an infinity pool with an ocean view off the main house and a second dipping pool outside the guest house, There is a palapa (open) art living room and an indoor living room with a plasma TV. All rooms with the exception of the open area space is air conditioned.
This villa has a massage room, yoga area, large private sun deck and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy lounging on day beds or hammocks to enjoy the nice breezes.
We have a Bar-B-Que on which you can enjoy a lunch or dinner feast and no need to clean up as the villa owners provides daily maid service from 7 am to 1:30 pm.
This villa is conveniently located close to all of the activities and excursions. You may also want to take a day trip to one of Costa Rica's treasures, Rincon de la Viejo National Park which is located 1 1/2 hours from our villa.
