On the beach side of villa’s living spaces, a decadent terrace stretches to the white sand of Playa Bonita. A sprawling custom infinity pool that surrounds a tree is built into this terrace where you will spend shady mornings, sunny afternoons, and presence Guanacaste Costa Rica’s spectacular Pacific horizon sunsets. The terrace is furnished with lounge chairs to accommodate a full house, outdoor dining areas, a wet bar and gas grill, shady porticos, sunny stretches, and a pergola. Step off the terrace, cross the sand and find yourself with your toes in the salty tropical sea.

This unbelievable home offers 4 independent bed/bath suites and one spacious apartment-style room. Two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other located above, offer Costa Rica’s most luxurious accommodations, with king sized beds, enormous bathrooms, walk-in closets, sitting areas, sliding glass doors that open onto small verandas, flat-screen televisions and central air conditioning. Two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, also have private baths, central air, flat screen TVs and sliding doors that open onto small verandas. The villas’s bedrooms and common areas are joined by open-air covered walkways that accent the outdoor living experience that makes a Costa Rica vacation unique. A separate apartment casita is the home’s fifth bedroom. In the spacious apartment, a king sized bed, deluxe sized bath and compact complete kitchen create a space for more independent retreat.

The entire villa is cooled by ceiling fans and central air conditioning. The home is also equipped with a complete sound system that serves all indoor and outdoor areas and is operated by downloading an app onto your phone. But by far, the most no-holds-barred amenity at the villa is the full gym and spa room with its own full bath right inside the home. This is no workout room with a massage table in the corner—it is a full gym with a separate spa and a sauna.

A full time housekeeping and grounds keeping staff makes your stay one of complete relaxation. 

The beach in front of it is a bit rocky. Although is not recommended to swim during high tide, once the low tide comes in, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sets of tide pools in the area. Suitable for all ages, it's the best way to relax on this mostly secluded beach while exploring the different types of marine life including small fish and stunning seashells.
