This villa is a unique beachfront property set on a hillside that reaches down to the sand of Flamingo Beach. This exquisite five bedroom, 6 bathroom home is a work of art built completely in the round, structured around a circular interior courtyard and radiating out from this central core. 

A walkway punctuated by rounded windows and doorways connects the bedrooms and common areas of this home. Air and light flow in and through the magnificent spaces as the mountain breeze lifts from the ocean to the hillside and the sun illuminates first one side of the home, then the other. Local hardwoods are incorporated into the structure and decor of the home through textured ceiling beams, custom-built window and door frames, and the original hand-carved doors, and elegant hand-carved totem-style support columns in the living and dining area.

From the ocean-view terrace to the infinity pool that seems to spill down the mountainside, the villa encircles its guests in the beauty and serenity. The curving sun deck by the pool is a breathtaking place to relax on cushioned loungers and take in the mesmerizing panorama of mountains, ocean and sky. The daytime’s favorite sunbathing spot becomes the place you will sit to view the stunning Flamingo Beach sunset. A private beach access stairway descends from this pool terrace to the sand.

A fully equipped kitchen inside the home features an oversized refrigerator and all of the appliances and other items you require for your tropical luxury vacation. A separate chef’s kitchen stands apart from the rest of the house, and is reserved for use by the catering company or special private chef you hire. Outside on the deck beside the pool, a full mini-kitchen offers a small refrigerator, a sink, a rotisserie BBQ and lots of prep space.

This villa’s carefully manicured 1.5 acre grounds are home to a colorful variety of exotic flowers and trees. Nature lovers will especially appreciate the fascinating array of birds and butterflies that visit the property’s gardens. Howler monkeys and lazy iguanas pay frequent visits to the treetops and sunny spots. A resident cat also lives on the premises.

To maintain its focus on mindfulness and repose our villa, contains only one television--a 42” flat screen television located in a dedicated “media room.” This room is furnished with comfortable couches and bean bag chairs, and is designed to accommodate movie night for the whole group.

Each of the 5 decadent rounded bedroom suites has its own private bath, and unique design and color scheme. Three of the rooms offer king size beds, one has two twins that can combine into a king, and the fifth bedroom is a bunk room. The bunk room is a favorite among the younger visitors, with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds that share a stairway. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have access to wifi.  The common area spaces are open air living and therefore are cooled by ceiling fans.
