Our resort is a beautiful place composed of houses, shops, pedestrian streets, plazas, parks, and recreational facilities. All elements are arranged to produce a series of wonderful, walkable public spaces interwoven with the natural environment. The architecture is adapted for outdoor living. Motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent. The comings and goings of residents and visitors enrich the scene. Every street leads to an overlook of the picturesque landscape. Each home frames incredible views.

One side of the resort is embraced by over 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, with spectacular hills and valleys that afford extensive hiking and biking. On the other side is the Pacific Ocean, where two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica offer swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling.

Taking advantage of its west-facing position overlooking town, mountains, and Playa Danta, this villa embraces the beauty of the Guanacaste coast throughout every aspect of the home from tranquil mornings to vivid sunsets. The patio at the home’s center has full panoramic views of town and nature, which are best viewed from the infinity pool looking over the hillside.

Large windows bring the view into the home in different ways depending on the space. In personal spaces like the home’s 5 bedrooms, quiet contemplation or rest are enhanced by the presence of the stunning backdrop. Set on the top floor, an office area complete with a daybed boasts gorgeous views, the perfect place to spend time in study or reflection.

In more social spaces like kitchen and dining rooms, shared moments are complemented by the views of town and nature just outside. A home to embrace the beauty of Guanacaste as you experience all that this tropical beach town has to offer. 

To ensure a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will manage all of the tasks, preparing breakfast and light snacks with guests ingredients, and coordinating housekeeping while you are out enjoying sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, wine tastings in the Cava at Copper and Stone, guided mountain biking trips on the trails, or diving off the Catalina Islands.
