Located on a wide sandy beach, this villa is like a pretty jewel box next to the sea. Its remarkable location is the best of all worlds ... a 6,000-square-foot private home with a huge lawn and beach ~ just yards from the Jewel Runaway Bay golf pro shop which offers discounted greens fees to our guests.

Interiors are brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the lovely sea view. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have flat screen TVs. However, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family and children's programming plus several music stations.

The large lawn is trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees and stately coconut palms. The lawn is a great playground for children ... or merely enjoying the shade of the beautiful Cassia Fistula tree with its beautiful cascading bunches of yellow flowers.

Beyond the lawn is the 10,000-square-foot beach (not a private beach), clear water and excellent reef just 50 feet offshore. Sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment and 2 paddle boards are complimentary. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue  or a nighttime bonfire on the beach.

This villa is located in Runaway Bay which is on the northern coast of Jamaica and is considered one of the most naturally beautiful places on the island. It is a notable tourist destination located 16 km (9.9 mi) west of Ocho Rios, and slightly east of Discovery Bay, where Christopher Columbus landed in 1494.
