Perfect for large family gatherings or entertaining your friends, this villa features a ballroom and main level bar, a covered dining terrace, sweeping views as well as an open roof deck with a Jacuzzi. The butler will be able to attend to every need you and your guests might have.

Level 1/Mezzanine - The first floor consists of an exterior entry courtyard followed by a reception space with a large stand-up concierge desk/buffet table. Beyond is entry to the event-sized living room/ball room space with bar and pool area and terrace beyond. Also on this level is the elevator to all floors as well both a men's and women's restroom. The living room/ball room space measures 80m2 or 855 square feet.

Level 2 -  The second floor consists of three distinctive boutique-styled bedrooms as well as the villa's spacious game room featuring a kitchenette bar, sleeper-sofa and a finely-crafted pool table made of hardwoods found only in Costa Rica. The three bedrooms each have king beds which can be converted into 2 twin beds.

Level 3 - The third floor consists entirely of four distinctive boutique-styled bedrooms. Each room has 1 king bed which can be converted into two twin beds, an extra bed can be added to one of the bedrooms for larger parties.

Level 4 -  The fourth floor offers commanding views of the Manuel Antonio Bay and features the villa's covered open-air dining/living terrace with bar. The villa kitchen is comprised of both a main cooking area with professional appliances as well as a separate food preparation area. The home theater and electronic gaming room also doubles as an enclosed executive dining room or conference room with amazing views to the sea. The master bedroom (which has 1 king bed that can be converted into 2 twin beds) is located on the other side of these social areas and the villa's second set of both men's and women's public restrooms serves both this level as well as the roof-top deck above. The villa's lounge/dining terrace measures 77m2 or 830 square feet.

Roof Top Deck Level - The villa's roof top deck may be at the top of this impressive multi-story structure but is easily accessed within seconds from the ground floor on the villa's Otis elevator. The view is beyond spectacular and it's not a stretch to say that arrival to the roof deck is as close to flying as one can get with both feet on the ground! Although the elevator is available to use, it is not necessary as there are steps going to each floor. This large, partially-covered terrace with its own bar functions for small groups seeking a tan and a cold tropical drink (prepared by your butler) as well as it does for larger groups who might use the expansive deck as a ceremony space, sit-down dining venue or for a reception over-the-sea and jungle below.

Capping off the roof deck is a one-of-a-kind Jacuzzi offering a weightless-in-water experience as toucans, hawks and other birds of the rainforest fly only feet from your shaded perch at the top of the world! The villa's roof top deck measures 117m2 or 1,259 square feet.

This villa prides itself on being kid friendly. It has equipment for babies and toddlers including: Pack N Plays, high chairs, car seats and cribs (available for rent).  Nanny services are available for an extra charge. The pristine, golden-sand beach, only a seven minute walk from the villa, has several shallow tide pools to explore tiny fish, crabs and sea life and great shells to collect. The infinity edge pool has a shallow end and a kiddy pool, which is perfect for children just learning to swim and provides an unforgettable experience to see monkeys or sloths while taking a dip!

The minimum stay from May 1 - November 14 is 5 nights. For all other dates the minimum stay is 7 nights.
