Villa Description

The view that surrounds this villa is nothing less than spectacular. The rainforest is below, stretching to the beach and the Pacific Ocean.

This 10,000 square foot villa has 3 levels and 10 bedrooms. Materials used to construct this villa consists of glass, rare woods, travertine marble, limestone, terrazzo, custom ceramic tiles, stucco, stainless steel, and copper.

The entry level features a waterfall entrance, a glass bottom papyrus pond, a large wet bar, a flat screen TV, sound system and two outdoor living rooms, The dining room seats twelve people and there is outdoor dining for an additional twelve people. The kitchen surfaces are granite and stainless steel with wood counters and custom made cabinets  You will have three sinks, two refrigerators, a restaurant quality oven and a six burner stove. 

Outside there is a large pool with beach entry,ocean view, and a twenty person warm water Whirlpool. Very large parties can be hosted in this spectacular yet comfortable entry level.

The upper level houses the master suite, three master bedrooms, and two, covered balconies with generous seating. The lower level has three deluxe bedrooms with baths, a game room, a cinema, and a gym.  All bedrooms, the movie theater and gym are fully air conditioned, the other common areas are not. 

There are seven king size bedrooms and one bedroom with two twins and a twin size day bed. (Two of the twins can be made into a king.) All the beds are dressed in 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets with both feather and hypo-allergenic pillows. Every bedroom is air conditioned and has a steel safe for valuables. The baths have tropical soaps, bathrobes and plenty of towels. Three bedrooms have ocean views four look into the rainforest.

The game room entertains with a regulation size pool table, Foosball, ping pong and darts.
There is also an air conditioned, 500 sq. ft. gym with 2 exer-cycles, an electronic treadmill, universal machine, dial weights, and space for private classes. The theater is air conditioned, and has a digital projector, sound system, deep sofa seating for 25 and wet bar with fridge and microwave for popcorn and other snacks.

The spa is conveniently located right in your private villa. Just walk a few steps to the lower level and you'll find this full service spa abutting the jungle, tucked away from the common areas of the home where you can relax to the sounds of the rainforest. The trellised walls allow the ocean air and your wildlife neighbors to be the only sounds in the secluded space. It's perfect for individuals or groups with three fully equipped treatment rooms and the option to create a fourth with sliding screens. Our concierge can arrange for manicures, pedicures, massages, facials and other full body treatments for you, couples or spa bridal parties.

The wildlife at the villa is abundant and monkeys are almost daily visitors.

There are two housekeepers who care for the home six days a week and will see to all of your cleaning needs. Laundry service is provided bi -weekly for sheets and daily for towels that are left on the floor. Personal items will only be laundered in emergencies. Should you require this service please speak directly to your host. There is a gardener, a pool man, and a maintenance man who is always on call. Included in the cost of this villa is chef services for two meals per day, cost of food is additional.
