This beautiful 10,500 square foot home showcases jungle beauty out back and magnificent ocean views from the front.

This 5-level home has unique features including a multi-colored glass skylight which creates lovely patterns on the wood floors. This beautiful estate has a core house with 6 private suites on multiple levels.

One of Manuel Antonio’s largest vacation homes, features 10 luxurious bedrooms. It can be rented as a private six-bedroom house, and the additional bedrooms can be booked as needed. The property is always private for just your group.

A 25-foot teak pole extends from the floor to the vaulted ceiling. All flooring is a combination of solid teak and Italian tile. The fully-equipped kitchen contains all modern American appliances.  Take a look at our floor plans. A private chef and bartender are included for 2 meals day, cost of food and drinks is additional. 

You’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of exotic birds darting through the trees while you enjoy delicious Costa Rican coffee on the front veranda. Enjoy the rest of your day hiking through the national park, playing in the surf or enjoying one of the many adventure tours available in Manuel Antonio.

You can spend your mornings relaxing on the back veranda, which rises high above the natural rain forest. Watching the monkeys visiting the trees is a great way to spend your afternoons.

The television on the main level has a Bose surround sound system, and both TVs come equipped with cable. The game room has a regulation pool table and indoor plunge pool accented with a waterfall. Large glass doors provide an expansive view of the jungle outside.
