This villa is perfectly located in the heart of Manuel Antonio. Fully walled and gated, this secure 4 bedroom villa sits on three quarters of an acre and offers privacy, security and luxury.

The 6,000 sq. ft. estate boasts sprawling National Park jungle views with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. The property is beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers and fruit trees and is bordered by a creek.

The villa consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Gourmet Kitchen, Large Indoor and Outdoor Living/Dining Areas, We have a  Huge Entertainment Room with a pool table and table football.  Every bedroom as well as the Living Area has a flat screen TV.  The entire villa is fully air conditioned.

The home has a spectacular open-air terrace with a unique oval Jacuzzi that flows as a waterfall into a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool. The luxurious infinity pool runs into a pebble lined pond surrounded by a luscious garden. Both upper and lower levels have exquisite nature views from all points. Whether you prefer to see monkeys, birds, sloths or foliage, from either terrace you will not be disappointed!

The upper level of the villa consists of a large open air terrace that leads into a beautiful open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and a huge 6 burner stove with top grill.

The living area is very comfortable and gives superb views across the jungle and Pacific Ocean. There are 2 master suites located at either side of the villa, providing privacy from your fellow travelers. Both master suites have private bathrooms, large closets and 1 queen sized bed in each. There is also a security safe which you are welcome to use to store any valuables and passports.

On the lower level there is an enormous entertainment room with a large TV, DVD player, books, games, football table and pool table. This room leads out to the lower deck and pool. A great place to put the kids while the adults enjoy the upper terrace!

The remaining 2 bedrooms are on this lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 double beds. Both rooms are wonderfully shaded so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed.

All bedrooms and the game room which has a large sofa and a TV are fully airconditioned the kitchen and second small living area have fans to cool you off.

Included in the cost of this villa is maid service Monday - Saturday.
