Villa Description

The view from this Manuel Antonio villa is postcard-perfect. This tropical five bedroom, five bathroom villa is located high on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park and allows direct views from every room. This villa places you just minutes away from one of the most pristine beaches in Costa Rica. 

Meticulously designed by an award-winning decorator, the details of this house have been hand selected to provide the unique feel of "jungle luxury." Details include custom stonework and tile, fountains, bamboo accents, exotic native hardwoods and art from Costa Rica and around the world. This 5,200 square foot home has four levels and is very private. The villa has two pools, one outside and one heated indoor pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and four of them have their own full bath suites. All bathrooms have custom made sinks made of hand-carved stone or glazed earthenware bowls.  

Three of the five bedrooms are in the main villa and feature spectacular views. The fourth bedroom is just below the pool deck and the fifth bedroom is located in the casita (guest house), which are just steps away from the main villa. The fourth bedroom has two full size beds, a bathroom and is the only bedroom to have a TV. The casita has one queen size bed and although it does not have a bathroom it is just steps away from the main villa. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with 270º views, king-size bed and a unique tropical-style bathroom with a stone shower and Jacuzzi tub. The full time staff includes daily maid service, laundry service, gardeners and a pool cleaner. This villa can be rented as a four or five bedroom house.

The main floor of the villa, where the kitchen and dining area are located, have sliding glass doors that open to the private 25-foot pool and the large outdoor seating area and the pool deck. It is an extraordinary place to sit and enjoy the jungle that surrounds you. Enjoy breakfast while watching the monkeys jump from tree to tree, listening to the chirping of the birds and enjoying the view of the ocean below.

The third floor has an expansive living and entertainment area. This room is great for entertaining with its indoor heated pool, pool table, cable TV, stereo, DVD player and outside deck. The 15-foot ceiling is made of native-crafted mats and bamboo. Exotic hardwood columns with unique carved bases support this lofty space and the five ceiling fans ensure that the cool ocean breezes create the perfect atmosphere for enjoying this special room. The sides of this room open to a comfortable, breezy outdoor deck from which to enjoy the wonderful view and surrounding nature.
