This villa is situated in Playa del Carmen in a sweet little community on the south side, gated physically and virtually from the hustle and bustle of the town beyond.Open-plan living, eight gorgeous suites, and killer ocean views from the rooftop infinity pool make this dashing private beachfront villa in Playacar a top-flight refuge steps away from the sand.

It features eight suites, each with its own large private bathroom and some with both showers and bathtubs. Five of those elegantly decorated bedrooms have king-size beds. The remainder of them consists of three cozy queen-bed suites.

Common areas are spectacular. The villa boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining areas that welcome your entire group to a luminous space where they can eat, relax, and watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. It also has two outdoor living and dining areas, one in the bottom level courtyard and the second on the rooftop terrace, where you will also find an infinity plunge pool, a bar with a plunge pool, and a BBQ.

The villa is located in Playacar, Playa del Carmen’s most exclusive neighbourhood. It is only a two-minute walk away from the beach and 12 minutes walking distance from Playa’s famous 5th Avenue, where you will find shopping and nightlife.

Daytime is spent by the water, as staying within a minute of a refreshing dip is the only way to beat the heat. Well, almost. You may also find yourself under the shade of a beach bar palapa, sipping cocktails of your choice.

You could truly have an entire trip without straying outside Playa del Carmen, but we recommend exploring a bit, as this is the perfect launching pad to see northern delights (whale sharks, Holbox, Cancun), those in the south (Tulum, Sian Kaan), and the jungle inland (ruins, cenotes and more).

You will come across so many small beach entrances you’ll have trouble picking a favourite, but fortunately, they all have a few things in common - super soft sand, no crowds, plus water in awe-inspiring shades of blue and turquoise. While all beaches are public in the region, the distance from Playa del Carmen means that very few non-residents make the trek here.
