This traditional Mediterranean villa is crafted from the region’s characteristic honey-hued stone, while its interiors offer a stylish update on classic Mallorcan décor. Rustic terracotta tiles and robust wooden fixtures blend seamlessly with sleek modern furnishings and contemporary comforts.

The villa is an ideal base for exploring some of the island’s most scenic hiking trails. After a day of adventure, you can unwind on the beautiful pebble-clad terrace, which offers stunning sea views—perfect for an alfresco dinner as the sun sets over the horizon.

In addition to the nearby hiking trails, a short drive will take you to one of Mallorca’s most picturesque mountain towns.  Palma, the island’s vibrant capital, is a mere 40-minute drive.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. On the ground floor, the master bedroom features a romantic four-poster bed, a fireplace, and double-height French doors that open onto the pool, terrace, and mountains. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes access from either side of the bed, a freestanding stone tub, twin sinks, a walk-in rainfall shower, and heated towel rails.

A small double bedroom on the lower ground floor includes a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. This room is accessible via private stone steps from the villa’s front.

Also on the lower ground, two additional bedrooms—a double and a twin—each have ensuite bathrooms and French doors that open to the sun terrace, and the swimming pool. 

The villa’s well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including a sunny breakfast room that opens to a small, furnished terrace.
